  • Vehicle registration details, licence information, and business registration (for Partners).
  • Pickup and delivery addresses provided during bookings.
  • Payment information (processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store card details).

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (browser type, operating system, device model).
  • IP address and approximate geographic location.
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, interactions with features).
  • Cookie and similar tracking technology data (see Section 6).

2.3 Location Data

With your consent, we collect real-time GPS location data from drivers during active trips to provide live tracking to customers. You can disable location sharing through your device settings, though this may affect service functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Facilitate and manage bookings between customers and transport partners.
  • Process payments and generate invoices.
  • Provide customer support and resolve complaints.
  • Send important service updates, booking confirmations, and notifications.
  • Improve our platform, features, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Transport Partners: Necessary booking details (pickup/drop location, contact information) are shared with the assigned driver/partner to fulfil your booking.
  • Payment Processors: Razorpay receives transaction data to process payments securely.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Supabase), analytics, and communication services that help us operate the Platform.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

CarryKo uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function (authentication, session management). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform to improve our services.
  • Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertisements and measure campaign effectiveness.
